The legislation encourages nonpublic schools to voluntarily share their anti-bullying policies and bullying incident data with the state commissioner. Additionally, the bill reinforces that students participating in public school activities, even if they are not full-time enrolled students, are subject to the same anti-bullying policy provisions as regular students.
