The bill specifies that the designated area is generally depicted on a map of the General George C. Marshall House Property in Leesburg, Virginia. The George C. Marshall International Center will serve as the management entity for this affiliated area, working in cooperation with the Secretary of the Interior. The Secretary can provide technical and financial assistance for the site's marketing, marking, interpretation, and preservation, and will enter into an agreement with the management entity to outline their respective roles and responsibilities, ensuring management aligns with National Park System policies and standards. Importantly, this bill does not authorize the Secretary to acquire property at the site or assume overall financial responsibility for its operation, maintenance, or management.
