This bill, called the "Stop Russian Market Manipulation Act", prohibits the importation of specific minerals from Russia starting 90 days after the Act's enactment. The banned minerals include platinum and related metals (palladium, braggite, rhodium, ruthenium), nickel, and copper ores and concentrates.
