This bill, the Pay Our Military Act of 2025, makes continuing appropriations for military pay in the event of a government shutdown for fiscal year 2025. * **Military Personnel Pay and Allowances:** Such sums as are necessary are appropriated from the Treasury to ensure members of the Armed Forces, including reserve components, receive their pay and allowances if they are on active service during a period when regular or interim appropriations for fiscal year 2025 are not in effect. * **Department of Defense and Coast Guard Civilian Personnel Pay:** Such sums as are necessary are appropriated from the Treasury to provide pay and allowances to civilian personnel of the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security (for the Coast Guard) who are determined by the respective Secretary to be supporting active duty military members. * **Department of Defense and Coast Guard Contractor Pay:** Such sums as are necessary are appropriated from the Treasury to provide pay and allowances to contractors of the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security (for the Coast Guard) who are determined by the respective Secretary to be supporting active duty military members. The funding provided by this Act will remain available until the earlier of: the enactment of regular or continuing appropriations for fiscal year 2025, the enactment of an appropriations bill that does not include these appropriations, or January 1, 2026.
