This bill establishes a Pediatric Cancer Research and Resource Project Trust Fund in Massachusetts designed to support pediatric cancer research and resource projects. The committee will be required to submit an annual report to several legislative committees detailing grant recipients, research outcomes, and financial investments. Critically, any unspent funds at the end of a fiscal year will not revert to the General Fund, ensuring continued support for pediatric cancer initiatives.
