This bill authorizes the town of Maynard to grant an additional alcoholic beverage license to Maynard Corner Store LLC, located at 49 Walnut Street, despite existing legal limitations on the number of such licenses. The license will be for selling all alcoholic beverages for off-premises consumption, and it is subject to the regulations in Chapter 138 of Massachusetts General Laws, except for section 17 which typically restricts the number of licenses.
