This bill establishes the Massachusetts Census Equity Commission to ensure a comprehensive and accurate census count of all residents, with a particular focus on traditionally undercounted communities. The commission will consist of 29 members, including state officials, legislators, representatives from various city councils, community organizations, and appointed members representing diverse groups such as faith communities, immigrants, youth, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.
