This bill provides $5,400,000 in state bond funding for transportation improvements along Trunk Highway 210 in Otter Tail County, Minnesota. The bill specifies that the funds will be used for environmental analysis, predesign, design, right-of-way acquisition, and construction of safety and mobility improvements between Aurdal Township and Nidaros Township. Before spending the money, the commissioner of transportation must submit a final project layout and report to the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners, which will have 90 days to approve or disapprove the project.
