This bill approves several modifications to an existing contract with Great American Corporation and authorizes emergency payment for goods and services. Specifically, the Council is approving Modification Nos. 15 through 18 to Contract No. CW98887, despite potential conflicts with standard procurement practices, and is authorizing payment of up to $4,841,171.40.
