This bill authorizes the city of New York to discontinue the use of certain parkland within Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens and allow its development by Queens Future, LLC, with specific conditions. The bill permits the city to lease or transfer the designated land for constructing a gaming facility along with associated commercial, retail, entertainment, recreational, hotel, convention, and community uses, parking, and roadways.
