This bill requires the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission to offer individuals applying for a hunting or fishing license an opportunity to register to vote and participate in the Organ Donor Registry. Specifically, when a person applies for a license under Article 113, they will be presented with both a voter registration form and the option to join the Organ Donor Registry. For online license applications, the Commission will collaborate with the State Board of Elections to mail a voter registration form to applicants who request one.
