The resolution specifically recognizes the winning teams from schools like Camel's Hump Middle School, Twin Valley Middle School, Champlain Valley Union High School, Winooski Middle School, Hunt Middle School, Lake Champlain Waldorf School, Boys & Girls Club of Burlington, Vergennes Union Middle School, and others, who created innovative dishes such as soy glazed tofu tacos, buffalo cauliflower tacos, brown butter shitake mushroom rice bowls, and tikka masala with spiced naan. The resolution directs the Secretary of State to send a copy of the resolution to each winning team and to Vermont Afterschool.
