This bill authorizes six specific police officers in the town of Southold, Suffolk County, to receive special retirement service credit under section 384-d of the retirement and social security law. Desposito - were previously enrolled in a general retirement plan but will now be allowed to switch to an optional twenty-year retirement plan.
