This resolution declares an emergency to approve three modifications (Nos. 4, 5, and 6) to a contract with Mansfield Oil Company of Gainesville, Inc., which was executed by the Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of the Department of Public Works. The modifications extend and increase the contract's value: Modification No. 4 exercised a partial option for $1 million from November 19, 2024, to January 18, 2025; Modification No. 5 extended this period to March 19, 2025, also for $1 million; and Modification No. 6 exercised the remainder of the option year and increased the total contract amount by $4.3 million.
