This bill specifically authorizes the village of Trumansburg to offer Kevin R. Noterfonzo, a police officer hired on February 10, 2020, an optional retirement plan under section 384-d of the Retirement and Social Security Law (RSSL). Currently, Noterfonzo is enrolled in section 375-i of the RSSL, but through no fault of his own, he would be allowed to switch to the special twenty-year retirement plan.
