This bill proposes to close a portion of a public alley in Square 3524 (a specific geographical area in Washington, D.C.) to facilitate the development of a residential project in Ward 5. The proposed closure will enable the consolidation of several lots and create an opportunity to develop 27 residential units, which will include a mix of two-family townhouses and single-family homes.
