Additionally, the bill requires coordination with multiple federal agencies (Agriculture, Interior, and Commerce) when implementing actions related to endangered species protection that might impact pesticide use, ensuring a comprehensive review of potential risks and benefits. The bill also allows for a waiver of these coordination requirements if the EPA Administrator, Secretary of Agriculture, and pesticide registrant mutually agree, with such agreement to be published in the official docket.
