This resolution approves amendments to the Gateway/Langdon Park Moratorium Zone in Washington, D.C., addressing neighborhood concerns about nightlife-related activities. The resolution renews and renames the previously imposed moratorium for three years, with several key provisions: it limits the number of nightclub licenses to three, removes the cap on multipurpose facility licenses, and allows restaurants and taverns to obtain entertainment endorsements.
