This bill orders the closing of a cul-de-sac (a street with a circular end for turning around) located in Square 4350 in Ward 5 of Washington, D.C., near Douglas Street, N.E. The bill is being enacted on an emergency basis under the District of Columbia Home Rule Act and the Street and Alley Closing and Acquisition Procedures Act.
