This bill authorizes the city of Salem to convert two specific seasonal alcoholic beverage licenses to annual licenses for local businesses. Specifically, the bill allows Amazing Pizza LLC to convert a seasonal license for all alcoholic beverages to an annual license for wine, malt beverages, and cordials, and allows Maitland Farm LLC to convert a seasonal license for all alcoholic beverages to a full annual license for all alcoholic beverages. The conversions are exempt from certain standard licensing restrictions (sections 17 and 17A of chapter 138 of the General Laws).
