The bill requires the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection to develop a sticker for this purpose and to distribute stickers to all state and municipal weights and measures inspectors and sealers who inspect gas pumps. DATCP is also required to update and redistribute the stickers when the federal or state gas tax rate changes.
