This resolution declares an emergency to approve two modifications (M0012 and M0013) to a contract with Jaydot LLC for Permanent Supportive Housing III program case management services. The first modification (M0012), enacted on June 25, 2025, partially exercised option year 3 of the contract for the period of July 1 through December 31, 2025, with a not-to-exceed amount of $796,423.22. The proposed second modification (M0013) will exercise the remainder of option year 3 and increase the contract amount by an additional $711,646.26, bringing the total not-to-exceed amount to $1,508,069.48. Council approval is required because the modifications will increase the contract value to more than $1 million within a 12-month period, and without this approval, Jaydot LLC cannot be paid for services provided from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. The Council determines that these circumstances constitute an emergency, allowing the resolution to be adopted after a single reading, and the resolution will take effect immediately upon passage.
