This bill modifies the membership of the Oversight Committee on Quality of Care in Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities by removing one member from the Senate Education, Health, and Environmental Affairs Committee and one member from the House Health and Government Operations Committee, and adding one representative from LeadingAge Maryland, while also making a minor wording change to the representative from the Maryland Association of Adult Day Services. The Oversight Committee is a group established to monitor and improve the quality of care provided in nursing homes and assisted living facilities in Maryland.
