This bill alters the membership of the Oversight Committee on Quality of Care in Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities by removing one member from the Senate Education, Health, and Environmental Affairs Committee and replacing them with one member from the House Health Committee, and also makes several changes to the list of representatives from various organizations, including adding a representative from LeadingAge Maryland and the Maryland FOR MEDICAL Adult Day Services, while removing a representative from Voices for Quality Care, and specifies that to the extent practicable, the three representatives from the assisted living industry should reflect different program sizes.
