Additionally, digital publications must maintain an accessible archive of all published legal notices and be accessible within the required county or municipality. The bill also clarifies that the publication timeline begins when the notice first appears in either print or digital format and makes specific provisions for Prince George's County regarding newspapers designated as a "newspaper of record" or those published by small businesses.
