Bill Summary
Under current law, the county auditor is required to furnish recordings of proceedings of the board of supervisors to be published. All proceedings shall be published immediately after the adjournment of the meeting. This bill requires the proceedings to be approved by the board before the publication. The approval must occur prior to the adjournment of the meeting. The approval of the proceedings and the adjournment of the meeting shall be added to the proceedings after approval.
