All reported data must be broken down by student subgroups like race, gender, and disability status. Additionally, if certain officials like a director of schools, juvenile court judge, or a caseworker from the department of children's services know a student is at-risk and eligible for an opportunity public charter school, they must inform the student and their guardian about this eligibility and the locations of nearby opportunity public charter schools.
