This bill prohibits any state agency from issuing or renewing a certification, registration, license, or permit to a corporate entity, which includes corporations, limited liability companies, and other similar business structures, if an officer, director, or employee of that entity provides material support or resources, such as property, services, or training, or offers meeting spaces or other platforms, to groups designated as foreign terrorist organizations by the U.S. Department of State or as specially designated nationals by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, or to groups found by a U.S. court to have engaged in terrorism, or groups receiving support from such designated entities, for the purpose of soliciting support or recruiting members. The bill requires state agencies to deny, revoke, or refuse to renew such credentials upon receiving satisfactory proof of such activity, with exceptions for medicine and religious materials.
