This bill appropriates $75,000 to the Division of Criminal Justice in the Department of Law and Public Safety to fund the Human Trafficking Survivor's Assistance Fund and effectuate the proposes set forth when the fund was established. The "Human Trafficking Survivor's Assistance Fund" is a non-lapsing, dedicated fund in the General Fund, which is administered by the Attorney General.
