The bill introduces a provision allowing a nonprofit organization that operates an agricultural fair at an authority-owned facility to appoint an additional voting director to the authority's board, provided they have a lease or agreement to use the facility. Furthermore, the bill requires these authorities to submit an annual audit of their books and records to the governing body of the municipality that granted them permission to organize by January 1st of each year.
