This resolution requests the Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) to establish and support a task force focused on studying the carrying capacity of Marine Life Conservation Districts (MLCDs). The task force is expected to report its findings and recommendations, including any proposed legislation and funding, to the State Legislature by early 2027.
