This bill modifies existing requirements for child care centers in Minnesota regarding training on abusive head trauma, which is a form of severe child abuse caused by violent shaking or impact to an infant or young child. This poster must be easily accessible to all staff, substitutes, and unsupervised volunteers working at the facility, and prominently displayed where it can be seen by those receiving services and any visitors.
