This resolution formally nominates Dr. Joseph Richardson for reappointment to the Violence Fatality Review Committee, a body that examines deaths resulting from violence. Dr. Richardson, who is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Maryland with expertise in criminology and medical anthropology, is nominated to serve as a representative from an organization providing a hospital-based violence intervention program.
