This guidance, developed in consultation with relevant experts, will include recommendations on when and how often these screenings should occur, identify risk factors such as previous C-sections, placenta previa, older maternal age, multiple pregnancies, and prior uterine surgeries, and outline procedures for appropriate follow-up evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments.
