This bill establishes special license plates for honorably discharged veterans in New Jersey, allowing them to display their veteran status and military branch on their vehicle plates. To qualify, an applicant must be classified as a veteran according to state law, providing proof such as a DD-214 form (a Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty), and must have received an honorable discharge.
