Additionally, the bill states that no motor fuel outlet, which is defined as a place where motor fuel is sold at retail, shall be required to provide air or vacuum supply for free, and political subdivisions of the state are prohibited from creating ordinances about the pricing of these commodities, as this power is preempted by state law.
