This bill establishes a sick leave bank specifically for Robert Paterwic, an employee of the Department of Industrial Accidents, overriding any existing laws that might prevent this. It allows other employees of the Commonwealth, particularly those related to Robert Paterwic or who also work for the Department of Industrial Accidents, to voluntarily donate their sick, personal, or vacation days to this bank for his use. If Robert Paterwic leaves his job or decides to close the sick leave bank, any unused days will be moved to a general extended illness leave bank. Importantly, the days in this specialized sick leave bank can only be used by Robert Paterwic for absences related to the specific illness or disability that led to the creation of this bank, as determined by his department.
