This new section will not apply to individuals feeding wildlife on their own land or with the permission of the landowner or tenant. Additionally, the bill amends Section 10H of Chapter 21A to specify that a second violation of the wildlife feeding regulations will result in a $50 civil penalty, and a third or subsequent violation will incur a $100 civil penalty, with these penalties payable to the clerk of a district court.
