This report will detail all elevators inspected in the last twelve months, the locations of both completed and pending inspections, how long pending inspections have been waiting, the number and geographic distribution of state-certified elevator inspectors, the inspection backlog for each inspector, the number of elevators out of service due to violations or disrepair, and the agency's plan and estimated costs to reduce inspection backlogs to three days or less.
