This bill authorizes the town of Tyngsborough to grant additional licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages, overriding a general state law (section 17 of chapter 138 of the General Laws) that limits the number of such licenses. Specifically, Tyngsborough can issue four new licenses for all alcoholic beverages to be consumed on-site, two for wine and malt beverages to be consumed on-site, and two for all alcoholic beverages not to be consumed on-site.
