This bill establishes a special sick leave bank for Jane Mihalich, an employee of the Department of Public Health, allowing other employees of the department to voluntarily donate their unused sick, personal, or vacation days to this bank. The purpose of this bank is to provide Jane Mihalich with paid time off for absences related to a specific illness or disability, as determined by the department, and the donated days cannot be used for other reasons. If Jane Mihalich leaves her job or requests to close the bank, any remaining days will be transferred to a general extended illness leave bank. This act will become law immediately upon its approval.
