This bill establishes a new specialty license plate for National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) sororities and fraternities in Florida, requiring an annual use fee of $25. Initially, all fees collected will go towards covering the startup costs for developing and issuing these plates. This legislation specifically outlines the distribution for Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., with similar provisions for each.
