This bill authorizes the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), a state agency responsible for managing state-owned buildings and land, to grant easements to the City of Salem for the construction and maintenance of stormwater drainage and sewer systems on land controlled by Salem State University.
