This Resolution sets the rules for further consideration of House Bill 2810 (H.B. 2810), a bill that authorizes funding for the Department of Defense's military activities and construction for fiscal year 2018, and determines the number of military personnel. Specifically, it allows the Speaker of the House to bring the bill back for debate and voting, limits the types of amendments that can be offered to only those pre-approved and printed in the Rules Committee's report or grouped together as "en bloc" amendments, and waives any procedural objections to these specific amendments.
