This bill proposes several changes to transportation-related laws in Florida. Key provisions include: 1. Allowing local governmental entities to negotiate and contract with the Department of Transportation for the design, acquisition, transfer, purchase, sale, operation, maintenance, or construction of turnpike projects within their jurisdictions. 2.
