This bill proposes several key provisions: 1. Requires lobbyists who lobby the Florida Legislature to certify that they have read the Code of Ethics and the rules governing their conduct. It also allows the President of the Senate or the Speaker of the House to suspend or revoke the registration of a lobbyist who violates workplace harassment policies. 2. Creates a new law prohibiting workplace harassment, including sexual harassment, by public officers and employees in all state, regional, county, local, and municipal government entities.
