This Resolution provides for the consideration of a bill, S. 140, in the House of Representatives, which aims to amend the White Mountain Apache Tribe Water Rights Quantification Act of 2010 to clarify how funds from the WMAT Settlement Fund can be used. The resolution waives all objections to considering the bill and also waives objections to any part of the bill once it has been amended.
