This bill authorizes the town of Tyngsborough to grant 4 additional licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the premises within the town's "Economic Development Zone-Middlesex Road." The licenses will be restricted to two specific locations within this zone, with 3 licenses for the Tyngsborough Crossing Plaza and 1 license for the entity located at 324 Middlesex Road. The licenses can only be exercised in the dining room of a Common Victualer and other public areas deemed reasonable by the licensing authority. The licenses cannot be transferred outside of the designated zone, but can be granted to new applicants within the zone under certain conditions. The licenses assigned to this zone cannot be sold or transferred by the licensee, and must be returned to the licensing authority if terminated or no longer in use. All licenses must be issued within 2 years of the effective date of the act.
