This bill amends sections of the Texas Transportation Code to address the cessation of tolls by toll project entities in certain circumstances. The key provisions are: 1. Tolls on a toll project must be ceased when the costs of acquisition and construction have been paid, and either all bonds and interest have been paid or sufficient funds have been set aside to pay off the bonds. 2.
