The resolution urges the United States Congress to take concrete steps to address this crisis by increasing humanitarian aid and financial support to Ukraine and the countries hosting refugees, and importantly, to raise the U.S. refugee admissions and resettlement ceilings to allow for more Ukrainian refugees to be accepted into the United States, along with allocating increased funding for these resettlement efforts.
